Customising Invoice Branding

Make your invoices look professional with your logo, brand colours, and custom templates. Stand out and build trust with customers.

1

Open branding settings

Tap 'More' in the navigation, then tap 'Invoice Branding' to customise how your invoices look.

2

Upload your logo

Tap 'Upload Logo' to add your business logo. Use a square or rectangular image with a transparent or white background for best results.

💡Once uploaded, you can tap 'Change' to replace it or 'Remove' to delete it.
3

Choose your brand colours

Set a Primary Colour for headings and an Accent Colour for highlights. These colours appear throughout your invoice design.

💡Use your existing brand colours to keep everything consistent.
4

Select a layout

Choose from four invoice layouts: Basic, Modern, Professional, or Minimal. Tap each to preview how your invoices will look.

5

Add your business details

Your business name, address, and VAT number are pulled from Business Settings. Make sure these are filled in—they appear on every invoice.

6

Preview your invoice

Tap 'Preview' to generate a sample invoice PDF with your branding applied. This lets you see exactly how customers will see your invoices.
