Sending Bulk Messages
Send the same message to multiple customers at once. Perfect for 'On my way' messages, weather updates, or holiday notices.

Open your schedule
Go to the Schedule tab to see your jobs for the day.

Long-press to enable multi-select
Long-press any job to enter selection mode. Checkboxes will appear next to each job.

Select the jobs to message
Tap each job you want to include. The customers for those jobs will receive your message.
💡You can also send bulk messages from the Customers screen using the same long-press method.

Tap the message button
With your jobs selected, tap 'Message X customers' at the bottom of the screen.

Write or choose your message
Type your message or tap 'Choose a template' to use a saved template. Placeholders like {customer.name} will be personalised for each recipient.
💡You can add or edit message templates in Settings.

Send the messages
Tap 'Send to X recipients' to send via your phone's SMS. Each customer receives an individual text from your number—completely free.
💡If your message is identical for everyone, you'll send once for all. If it includes placeholders, you'll confirm each personalised message individually.
