Completing Jobs

Mark jobs as complete, take payment, and keep accurate records for invoicing and customer history.

Open the job from your schedule

Tap on any job in your schedule to open the job details. You'll see the customer info, job description, and price.

💡You can also swipe left on any job in the schedule to see quick actions.

Tap 'Mark as completed'

When you've finished the work, tap the 'Mark as completed' button. This records the completion time and creates an invoice automatically.

Take payment

A payment screen appears with options: Payment Link, Cash, or Pay later. Choose how to collect payment from the customer.

💡Selecting 'Pay later' saves the invoice for you to collect payment another time.

Review the completion

The job now shows as completed with a checkmark in your schedule. For recurring jobs, the next instance will appear in your Planner when it's due.
