Creating Jobs and Schedules
Set up one-time and recurring jobs for your customers. Add durations for accurate ETAs and use description suggestions to save time.
Select a customer
Open the customer you want to create a job for. Tap on their name from the Customers list.
Tap 'Add a job'
In the customer view, tap the 'Add a job' button to open the job form.
Enter job details
Add a description (e.g., 'Window cleaning - front and back') and set the price for the job. You'll see suggestion chips below the description field showing your recent job types—tap one to use it.
Set the estimated duration
Tap a quick-select button to set how long the job takes: 15m, 30m, 45m, 1h, 1h30, or 2h. This is optional but helps the app calculate accurate ETAs and day capacity.
Choose the frequency
Select how often this job repeats: One off for single jobs, or Days/Weeks/Months for recurring work. Set the interval (e.g., every 2 weeks for fortnightly, every 4 weeks for monthly).
Set when to start
For new jobs, tick 'Schedule for today' to add it to today's schedule. If this is an existing job you've done before, select 'Done in past' and enter when you last completed it.
Save the job
Tap 'Save' to create the job. It will appear in your Planner when it's due, ready for you to schedule.
