No, this integration is for QuickBooks Online only. If you're still on the desktop version, this is a good excuse to switch - QuickBooks Online works anywhere you've got internet.
I'm on QuickBooks Simple Start. Will it work?
Yes. The integration works with all QuickBooks Online plans: Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus.
Can I choose which invoices sync?
All invoices created in Scheduling Hero will sync to QuickBooks. If you want to keep some jobs separate, create those invoices directly in QuickBooks instead.
What happens if I edit an invoice in QuickBooks?
Changes you make in QuickBooks won't sync back to Scheduling Hero. For cleanest results, make edits in Scheduling Hero and let them flow to QuickBooks.
