Setting Up Payment Processing

Connect your Stripe account to accept card payments with Tap to Pay and Payment Links. Get paid faster with a simple one-time setup.

Open Payment Settings

Tap 'More' in the navigation, scroll to Settings, and tap 'Payment Settings' to begin the setup process.

Tap 'Set Up Stripe Connect'

You'll be taken to Stripe's secure onboarding flow. This connects your bank account so you can receive payments.

💡Have your bank details and ID ready—Stripe needs these for verification.

Complete the Stripe verification

Fill in your business details, personal information, and bank account. Stripe uses this to verify your identity and send your earnings.

Wait for approval

Stripe typically approves accounts within a few minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours. You'll see your status update in Payment Settings once complete.

Understand the fees

Stripe charges processing fees that vary by region (e.g., 1.5% + 20p in the UK). See stripe.com/pricing for your region. There's also a 0.5% platform fee—this is how Scheduling Hero stays free for core features.

💡The total is still less than most competitors, and there's no monthly subscription required.

Start accepting payments

Once connected, you can use Payment Links or record Cash payments. Funds automatically transfer to your bank account for free, typically within 2-3 business days.
