See why jobs are being skipped, identify at-risk customers, and take action before you lose them. A Premium feature for smarter business decisions.
Open Skip Analytics
Tap 'More' in the navigation, then select 'Skip Analytics' to see your skip analysis.
Review the overview
See your total skipped jobs, skip rate percentage, and revenue impact. A high skip rate (over 20%) is highlighted in red.
Check skip reasons
View a breakdown of why jobs are being skipped: Weather, Customer not home, No access to property, Customer declined, Equipment issue, or Other.
Identify at-risk customers
See which customers have 2 or more skips. Multiple skips often signal a customer who may cancel soon.
View revenue impact
See how much potential revenue you've lost to skipped jobs. This helps prioritise which issues to fix first.
Take action
Use these insights to improve: adjust schedules for frequently-skipped customers, address access issues, or reach out to at-risk customers proactively.
