Sending Payment Links
Create a payment link or QR code that customers can use to pay you online. Perfect for remote payments or when customers prefer to pay later.

Open an unpaid invoice
Go to the Invoices tab and find the invoice you want to get paid for. Tap to open it.

Tap 'Take a payment'
Select 'Take a payment' then choose 'Payment Link / QR'. A secure, unique payment link is generated for this invoice.

Share the link or show the QR code
You'll see a QR code the customer can scan. To send the link, tap 'Send via SMS', 'Send via Email', or 'Copy / Share Link' to share via other apps.
💡SMS is often fastest—customers can pay in seconds from their phone.

Customer completes payment
They enter their card details on a secure Stripe page. No app download needed—works in any browser.

Get notified when paid
You'll receive a notification when payment completes. The invoice automatically updates to 'Paid' status.
