Planning Your Week

Learn how to view and organise your weekly schedule for maximum productivity. Use Smart Planner to automatically group nearby jobs, or manually arrange your week.

1

Open the Planner

Tap 'Planner' in the bottom navigation. You'll see a calendar sidebar showing each day with job counts and total value.

2

Read the day summary

When you select a day, the header shows your work time (blue) and travel time (amber), plus what percentage of your working day is booked. If jobs are missing duration estimates, you'll see a warning.

💡Tap the day summary header to adjust your working hours and starting location.
3

Check your ETAs

Each pending job shows an ETA badge with your expected arrival time. ETAs are calculated from your working hours start time, job durations, and travel times between jobs.

4

Use Smart Planner (Premium)

Tap the 'Smart' tab to see jobs automatically grouped by location. Each cluster shows nearby customers that could be visited on the same day, saving you time planning.

💡Smart Planner groups jobs within close proximity, making it easy to schedule efficient days.
5

Schedule a cluster

Tap any cluster card to see the customers included. Tap 'Schedule' to add all jobs in that group to a specific day.

6

Or plan manually

Tap 'To Do' to see jobs that are due but not yet scheduled. Select the jobs you want using the checkboxes, then drag them onto a day in the calendar sidebar.

💡Moving a recurring job only moves that single instance, not the whole series.
7

Reorder your day

Tap a day to see its jobs. Drag jobs up or down to set your preferred order, or use 'Optimise route' to automatically find the most efficient order.

8

Use day actions (long-press)

Long-press on any day in the calendar sidebar to open the day actions menu. From here you can move all jobs to another day, return them to the To Do list, or skip all jobs for that day.

💡This is handy when weather cancels your whole day—skip all jobs in one tap.
