Do I need a Stripe account already?
No. When you set up payments in Scheduling Hero, we'll guide you through creating a Stripe account (or connecting an existing one). It takes about 5 minutes.
What are the fees?
Stripe charges standard card processing fees (typically 1.4% + 20p for UK cards, 2.9% + 30c for US cards). Scheduling Hero adds a 0.5% platform fee on top. See stripe.com/pricing for full Stripe rates.
When do I get paid?
Stripe deposits money into your bank account on a rolling basis - typically 1-2 business days. New accounts may have a short initial waiting period.
Is this a Premium feature?
No. Payment Links are available on the Free plan. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fees.
What cards and payment methods are supported?
